SwR Watch ("the app") is a standalone Apple Watch client for public KiwiSDR and Web-888 shortwave receivers, published by Kruen s.r.o. This policy explains what data the app does and does not handle.
The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The developer does not collect, store or share any personal information about you.
If you allow it, the app asks the watch for your approximate location once, to sort the receiver list by distance. The location is used only on the watch and is never sent to the developer or to anyone else. Refusing is fine: the list is then sorted by which receivers are least busy.
alexsxxx.github.io (GitHub Pages). Loading them sends a standard
web request, including your IP address, to GitHub.The world map is drawn from data bundled with the app and makes no network requests of its own. The developer does not receive or log any of this traffic.
The app is bought through the App Store and sells nothing inside it. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple; the developer receives no payment details and no personal information about you.
The app keeps a short log of recent connections on the watch, to help find out why a receiver would not play. It stays on the watch unless you choose "Send log" yourself, which hands the text to Messages or Mail for you to send.
The app is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "last updated" date.
